from our first EVER harvest in 2023
In early October 2023 we brought in our first full harvest of grapes! Four years after first mapping out the vineyard, under bright blue Vale of Glamorgan skies we hand-harvested with friends and local volunteers - you can only imagine our excitement.
Our debut wine, 2023 vintage Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier Still Rosé, has almost sold out but we are so excited to say that it St HIlary Sparkling White Wine will be available from St David’s Day, 1st March 2026!
