What to expect when you visit St Hilary Vineyard….
We are a small, family run vineyard where our interaction with the environment is an integral part of vineyard operations. This means the grass can be quite long and the terrain uneven underfoot.
Exactly what you will see depends on the seasons and the weather - bud burst in the late spring, lush foliage and fruit formation in the summer, through to the autumnal leaf colours and the veraison of ripening grapes ripen as harvest approaches.
Children are welcome, as are well-behaved dogs on leads.
