What to expect when you visit St Hilary Vineyard….
We are a small, family run vineyard where our interaction with the environment is an integral part of vineyard operations. This means the grass can be quite long and the terrain uneven underfoot.
Exactly what you will see depends on the seasons and the weather - bud burst in the late spring, lush foliage and fruit formation in the summer, through to the autumnal leaf colours and the veraison of ripening grapes ripen as harvest approaches.
Children are welcome, as are well-behaved dogs on leads.

VINEYARD TOUR & WINE TASTING
Join us for a guided tour around the vineyard, and adjacent wild flower meadow and orchard. Find out about why the Vale of Glamorgan is the home to a growing number of vineyards. Hear about how working with nature can reduce the need for intervention when growing grapes.
The wine tasting will follow the tour. St Hilary Vineyard only had its first harvest in 2023 and only has one wine available, therefore the tasting will include wines from 3 other vineyards in the Vale of Glamorgan.
