St Hilary Vineyard are delighted to be taking part in the Vale Food Trail for the 4th year. We will be holding 2 events a the vineyard.

• Sunday May 31st at 2pm. Vineyard tour and Vale of Glamorgan Wine Tasting. Wines will include St Hilary Sparkling White 2023, St Hilary Rosé 2023 and 2 other wines from vineyards across the Vale of Glamorgan, showing the range of wines being produced across the Vale.

• Wednesday June 3rd at 6pm. Wine and Cheese Pairing with Garlic Meadow cheese. Vineyard tour followed by an opportunity to taste the fabulous artisan cheese from Vale of Glamorgan producer Garlic Meadow alongside St Hilary Vineyard wines and apple juice.

The Vale Food Trail aims to bring people closer to food producers and businesses across the Vale of Glamorgan, deepening their connections with the surrounding community. It looks to highlight sustainable food and drink production, and nature friendly practices.
